PermaTile Roofing is less than 1/10th the weight of traditional concrete tiles.

PermaTile Roofing products are produced from 26 gauge tension leveled, G-90
hot- dipped galvanized steel. We use Duranar® high performance
coating, which contain fluoropolymer resin ( Kynar 500® or Hylar 5000®) and
long-lasting pigmentation for the most durable of finishes
available.

Long run- Sheet lengths run from
eave to ridge, greatly reducing the risk of leakage.

Slope- The PermaTile system can
be installed on slopes as low as 3:12.

Wind Uplift- Panels are fastened
with special screws fitted with EPDM washers to ensure a weather-proof seal.
This system has been laboratory tested to withstand over 254 PSF under uniform
static uplift loads.

Selection of Colors- PermaTile
roofs are available in a wide variety of colors to best accentuate your
project.
Perfect for Re-Roofing or New
Construction
PermaTile Roofing can be installed over
wood decking with felt paper, existing asphalt shingles, or an open framing
system. When re-roofing over existing asphalt shingles, expensive tear-off
costs are reduced and landfill space is saved. When installing PermaTile over
an existing roof the tile steps can be changed to best suit the
application.
